Mai Samui hotel and Spa is an absolute gem for those looking to unwind in a tranquil setting. The rooms offer direct access to the pool, adding an extra layer of relaxation. The food is delicious, and the beach is serene and well-maintained. However, there were some hiccups with the service and food allergen management that could be improved, especially for guests with dietary restrictions.

I had a wonderfully relaxing time at the hotel. The pool access room was perfect for unwinding, and the spa treatments were an absolute highlight. I did find the beach a bit rocky and the dining options could use some improvement, but overall, the friendly staff and tranquil atmosphere made for a delightful stay.

Our experience at Mai Samui was wonderful overall, featuring spacious and comfortable rooms with beautiful balconies overlooking the pool. The staff provided exceptional service, always going out of their way to ensure we were enjoying ourselves. However, the location felt somewhat isolated, and we found ourselves relying on the resort's shuttle to explore the nearby town. The dining options were delightful, with a fantastic breakfast selection, but some areas, like the pool, could be cleaner.

My stay at the resort was both enjoyable and relaxing. The beautifully designed spaces were pleasing to the eye, but navigating the area proved challenging for me, especially with its many steps. Although some areas felt a bit worn and in need of maintenance, the staggering views and exceptional staff made up for it. The dining experience was generally good, and I appreciated the variety offered at breakfast. While the beach was picturesque, swimming wasn’t an option, and transportation was a bit limited aside from the hotel shuttle. Overall, a lovely experience with some room for improvement.

The food was delicious, and the beach was clean, making it a perfect getaway. However, if you're looking for a bustling environment with lots to do outside the hotel, this might not be the ideal choice.
